I’ve always loved working with children and noticing the little things that make each one unique. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, tutoring, and teaching, I’ve learned that patience, flexibility, and connection matter more than perfection. Those lessons shape the way I approach photography, creating a relaxed experience where children feel comfortable being themselves.
Whether they’re full of energy, a little shy, or somewhere in between, I meet children where they are and let their personalities lead the way. I believe the best sessions feel less like a photoshoot and more like spending an afternoon together.
Based in Alexandria, Virginia, I photograph maternity, newborn, and families throughout the DC metro area. When I’m not behind the camera or in the classroom, you’ll usually find me wandering the streets of Old Town Alexandria with an ice cream cone or spending time with my two dogs, Marlowe and Pearl.
